All request regarding orders are handled by our customer service. For any questions or request, you may send an email to customerservice@soigne.dk

Soigne.dk use Secure Socket Layers (SSL), the industry standard in transferring information to process your orders, on the website as we use Stripe for payment transaction. Stripe accepts Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard og JCB. 

All prices are displayed in Danish currency - DKK. Danish crown and VAT is included.

At Soigné we strive to handle orders submitted before noon on the same the day, and in some cases the day after. You will recieve an email with your track and trace number, once your merchandise is shipped.

Refund policy
Our return policy is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of the delivery. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason you can return the product for a refund. If the period of 30 days has lapsed since the delivery, we can't, unfortunately, offer you a refund.

In order to return an order, you must contact us first and clarify that you would like to return the order.

Returns can be mailed to: Soigné ApS, Flæsketorvet 68 - 1711 Copenhagen V. Denmark. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs outside Denmark, with regard to the items that you wish to return. If you're shipping from Denmark, we'll provide you a free return label upton request with the same adresses used in the original order.

You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.
